Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and optimizing of PaaS and SaaS Tencent Cloud products that combines AI, hardware-accelerated machine learning, and cloud computing capabilities to provide reliable content safety solutions for social media platforms, online blogs, cooperation websites, and government agencies.
Featured Outcomes:
Conducted 7 VIP customer interviews, 4 large-scale market researches, and 1 user experience insight analysis that successfully oriented future product developments.
Initiated and led a special project that resynthesized the entire technical and marketing documentations of the 5 product lines in cooperation with the technical document team, legal team, pre-sales team, and back-end R&D team in a month. Customer complaint rate significantly improved from 8.3% to 0.0% in 25 days.
Closely collaborated with design and front-end teams to optimize the UI of control panels based on feedbacks from users and internal QA team. Overall customer satisfaction rate increased by 3% in 2 iterations through implementations such as bug fixes, optimized workflows, and interactive tutorials.

Featured Outcomes:
Analyzed the development of blockchain industry in China by investigating geographical distributions, local policy impacts, company profiles, and growth trends. One of the first few analysis that focused on this topic in the World Bank Group.
Developed a dynamic, multi-factor ranking system based on nonlinear regression models to evaluate companies’ current performance and predict future potentials. Accuracy of model proven to be high (>93.74%) according to follow-up research and actual market performances over the past years.

Initiated and worked for a Student Senator’s campaign as the External Campaign Manager. Responsible for campaign platform drafting, marketing and publicity, team structuring and recruiting, and campaign logistics.
